cant start vboxdrv, no permission

Im running a fresh Slackware64-install, did alienbob's multilib, managed to compile and install virtualbox-ose + kernel-module

I can modprobe vboxdrv as root sucessfully and start my VBox as normal user, but after reboot of course id have to modprobe it again.

If I try to start vboxdrv like this:
/etc/rc.d/rc.vboxdrv start
... or stop or setup ...
I get:
bash: /etc/rc.d/rc.vboxdrv: Permission denied
Whats wrong?

Do you have root privileges and is the script executable?
