Unhappy Adjust date and time

My time is set incorrect...then i try : left click on the clock, adjust date and time...the answer is :

GENERAL (button)

The application KDE control module (kcmshell) crashed and caused the signal 11(SIGSEGV).
An application mostly receives the SIGSEGV signal due to a bug in the applicatoin. The application was asked to save its documents.

and here is the BACKTRACE (button) message/error :

date -u MMDDhhmm

That's for universal time. You can also use ntpdate or whatever.
