[ANN] sbbdep has now a wiki

finally I managed to write some documentation and so sbbdep has now a wiki.
Its a first version but complete enough to resolve my 'create wiki' issue and replace it with a 'improve wiki' issue.

Feedback is wellcome, so if you find something wrong, unclear or wish that I add some notes please let me know.
