[ANN] sbbdep 0.3.1

source for sbbdep 0.3.1 is available
also submitted the update to SBo so it should be on the weekend available
and therefore binary packages shortly later via SlackOnly

changes:
sbbdep is not longer too serious and is aware of games :-)
(the /usr/games dir was not handled as other bin dirs)

if your XDG_CACHE_HOME (or ~/.cache) is a symlink, like at least 1 user have it, 0.3.1 will tell you that it does not like it since I forgot tho test for this case :-(

fix is already upstream and I will release a new version soon.

if you find any other flaws, or have feature requests, this is a good time for reporting or requesting them.
