micro sd 32gb card in LINU|X MINT and cam goplus 4k hd sport cam

I am trying to descharge some pics and movies, from my cam to linux, the pc reconize the usb, ready the usb , but, dont show the archives, even pictures nether movies. What can i do, please contact me email? [Mod removed email link LQ rule violation]
