When will I know if my (first) question has been accepted by the administrator?

Good day.

I created my account about 5 hours ago and asked my first question. After sending it, I received a message that it needs to be checked by an administrator first.

How long does this take approximately and will the question be published automatically afterwards or do I have to rewrite it, which would be unfavorable?

Thanks in advice,
dr-ing.

Edit: I don't want to rush anyone and I know and respect that the administrators here do it voluntarily.
