Synced to UTC

Worked synced:

reference:
https://fishilico.github.io/generic-...utc-clock.html

may want to create a restore point or back up the registry before use.

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\TimeZoneInformation]
"RealTimeIsUniversal"=dword:00000001
