Have you had a look in the Software Manager?

Where did you hear about this game, and what sort of game is it? "Port" is a very generic name to be searched for.

I tend to read the Mint forum regularly and I remember seeing it referred to as port1 and port2. I am sorry about my short term memory loss (sadly I have some brain damage which causes some memory loss) and all I can say is that it sounded well worth playing. I truly wish that I could offer more info. However I do appreciate any and all assistance.

The problem is that "port" is quite generic and could refer to the port of a game over to Linux i.e. it existed on another platform and then was rewritten to allow it to work on Linux. Can you remember what sort of a game it was? Board game, quiz game, 1st person shooter, etc.?

from a website i found:
https://mintguide.org/games/750-path...inux-mint.html

is the game is by any chance 'path of exile' that uses a port of the client in linux.

i know i am being bogus. But its true that sometimes human mine stores data in its own combination and manupilation.

if it's not "path of exile" then try out the name "Port Royal" which has a version 2 named "Port Royal 2"

no results with what?
the game portal is not likely to be in the mint repositories.
maybe it's not even a native linux game, but can be played via steam or playonlinux.

Portal and Portal 2 wouldn't be in the Mint repositories. They're not free. But they're sold on Steam.

Portal Bundle

Portal 1 and Portal 2, like all Valve Source Engine games, run natively on Linux via the Steam client (downloadable from steampowered.com).

https://store.steampowered.com/app/400/Portal/

https://store.steampowered.com/app/620/Portal_2/

I feel like it should also be pointed out that "port1" and "port2" might not refer to a game, at all. It could be referring to USB ports, HDMI ports, or other input/output puts on a computer or other device. The context would be important for determining exactly what is being referred to. (A link to the page that references them, for example, would help.)
