you did not buy the required license from red hat and did not then regester it to actavate it

there is a handy desktop icon on the "red hat enterprise desktop 6" desktop
click on it and buy a license and register

Or maybe (I'm no RHEL expert) switch to CentOS, which is both F/OSS & 0-cost.
