Warning Banner in RHEL4

Has anyone successfully added a warning banner to the RHEL.xml in /usr/share/gdm/themes/RHEL in RHEL4? I have the code for the warning that works in RHEL5 but can't seem to find a place to make it work with RHEL4. I have no experience with xml.

Thanks
DS

well the manual is here http://www.gnome.org/projects/gdm/docs/thememanual.html with some banner specifics here: http://www.ulitka.com/files/linux/gu...tion.rhel5.pdf but outside of hacking a raw theme, gdm should have a PostLogin/Default file under it's /etc/ location which allows you to run arbitrary code after a login. here you could easily use zenity or similar to present a policy to the user and require acceptance to continue with the login.
