Transferring settings from one box to another

I have a Red Hat 9.0 box (P-233MMX) that runs as an FTP (pure-ftpd, NFS, & NT Domain (samba) server. Other win32 computers on the network get their login info from this computer. I want to transfer all the settings to a newer Slackware 10.0 box (P2-450) where it will have more speed and space. How do I go about doing it so I don't have to spend hours reconfiguring?

At the moment, X won't even load on the RH box. (I've made many posts trying to figure it out-but it won't work.)

Well, you need something to put it on. That's up to you. But, to backup-

init 3
cp -R /etc /mystorage
cp -R /home/* /mystorage

And that should just about do it for those services.

ok, now I want to temporarily put in on a windoze network drive.
Domain=yuskonet
Machine=Dell1
Folder=serverbu

How do I get it mounted from the console? (X doesn't run on this one)
