RH8.0 DHCPd 3.0 Superscopes

Hey all,

Maybe you've noticed that DHCPd in RH8.0 runs a bit different then previous versions. Previous versions would hand out IP addresses starting from the begining of the range. RH8.0 hands out IP addresses starting from the end of each range.

example:

IP range for DHCPd to issue:

192.168.1.10-254
192.168.2.10-254

OLD Version:

Would issue all of 192.168.1.0 before starting on 192.168.2.0.

RH 8.0 Version:

Issues like so:

192.168.1.254
192.168.2.254
192.168.1.253
192.168.2.253
...

Does this effect the working of superscopes? We use this to issue IP's to cable modems and Customer computers from the same DHCP server.
