Question RH WS 4.0 - Kernel Panic not sycing : NMI watchdog


running Kernel 2.6.9.89 just updated from RHN using up2date...

This server runs for a random 5-30 mins then throws the kernel panic.

Any ideas, things I can try...

Question Trying to disable NMI watchdog now!! No Luck!

I tried disabling nmi_watchdog by adding it to kernel boot params..like this;
title Red Hat Enterprise Linux WS (2.6.9-89.0.19.ELlargesmp)
root (hd0,0)
kernel /vmlinuz-2.6.9-89.0.19.ELlargesmp ro nmi_watchdog=0 root=LABEL=/1

But NMI is still showing interupts, I thought these shud show 0 now

I disabled reboot on NMI from the BIOS, still kernel panic and box went south...
I am suspecting hardware
