You need to get CUPS running on your RH7.2 box, and use the web configuration interface. You can set up the remote printer quite easily this way.
Also, why are you running such an outdated version of Linux (RH7.2). If you were to upgrade to a modern, supported version of Linux, such as Fedora, Ubuntu or Debian, all you would need to do would be to turn on Browsing on the server and then the printer will be automatically detected.
