Talking Recommended cd-rw

Hello,
Running RH 7.2 and was wondering which cd-rw others have had success with in a linux environment. Also, is hardware similar to windoze, in that it's plug and play or should I expect to do some configuring? Thanks for your input!

I've been using various CD writers for ages with RedHat. Everything from a 2 speed HP unit, to a generic one that cost less than the pack of CD-Rs i bought with it have worked.

Buy whatever you like, but I would download the latest RPMs for cdrecord, though as they'll have all the latest drivers (although, I'm yet to find a CDR drive that doesn't work just using the generic drivers).
