Problems with RedHat Cluster Management (Luci + Ricci)

Hi all,

i have created a cluster with the RedHat cluster Manager (Luci). i am using the actual rhel version (2.6.18-128.el5xen #1 SMP Wed Jan 21 11:12:42 EST 2009 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux)

- node01 (Ricci)
eth0 192.168.100.40 | eth1 10.0.0.1 (added in /etc/hosts on node01 and node02)
- node02 (Ricci)
eth0 192.168.100.62 | eth1 10.0.0.2 (added in /etc/hosts on node01 and node02)
- cluster-storage (iscsi target)
eth0 192.168.100.78 | eth1 10.0.0.3
- management-server (Luci)
eth0 192.168.100.57

my problem is that my virtual machine service will not relocate to node02. i can do what i want it does not work.

Code:
Apr 24 12:51:40 cluster-node01 clurgmgrd[6734]: <notice> Service vm:Nagios is stopped
Apr 24 12:51:46 cluster-node01 clurgmgrd[6734]: <warning> #70: Failed to relocate vm:Nagios; restarting locally
i have NO fencing device configured because i have none but i think that cant be the problem!

what informations do you need to help me? what config-files do you wanna see?

please, i try for 3 days and i cant get it working.

regards, BiLL

Hi,

Hi ,

have you shared base machine fence key to each node...
check from fence_xvm -o hostname/virtual_machine_uuid_key reboot
