Problem with USB Keyboard & Mouse (wireless) on RHEL3

I have successfully (almost) installed RHEL3 on a Dell Dimension 8400.

I am using the USB wireless keyboard and mouse that comes with the Dell product.

The input devices worked fine during the initial install from CD, and still does when running the Linux installer from the CD.

When booting from my installed system, the keyboard and mouse stop working.

Any suggestions on what I have done wrong during the install?
