locale-archive deleted !!


By mistake i deleted the locale-archive file in /usr/lib/locale
and now my system is down .
Can anybody help with a solution .Can this be be created again by running some rpm's .But the machine is down .
Here's my red hat version details :

Linux version 2.4.21-27.ELsmp (bhcompile@bugs.build.redhat.com) (gcc version 3.2.3 20030502 (Red Hat Linux 3.2.3-47))
