linux source directory?
I'm trying to install a driver and it asks for the linux source directory? the default /usr/src/linux gives me errors (source not found) google sent me here but I can't seem to find the answer.
running redhat 9.0 kernel 2.4.31

Maybe you don't have the kernel source installed? Try typing
Code:
rpm -qa | grep -i kernel
to see all kernel related packages, and see if kernel-source is among them.

thanks. i loaded the source codes and found the 3 rpm's i needed and installed them. when i run iwconfig i get error function not implemented. how do i turn it on?
redhat 9 kernel 2.4.20-8

iwconfig... That's something wireless. Not my area of expertise (yet). Sorry
