Question Installing GLIBC-2.3 on RedHat 7.3

I'm using RH 7.3 on a particular box, and some programs such as Eterm, Gaim, etc... require the which points me to glibc-2.3...

However I cannot find neither the sources nor the rpms for RH7.3... I'm ending up to think that I cannot run gaim on rh7.3!
