How To Migrate RHEL6 to RHEL7 On Workstation/Laptop

Looking for detailed steps to migrate. I have lots of applications. I can create a RHEL7 KVM but I'd rather flip my desktop from RHEL6 to RHEL7.

Hi Ruby, and welcome to LQ.

As a welcome gift, I Googled "migrate rhel6 rhel7" for you and this was the first result:

I hope it goes smoothly.

Great...so are you PAYING FOR RHEL??? If so, it should be a breeze. Red Hat can give you those detailed steps...they're in their knowledgebase. Since you're a paying RHEL customer, you can access those notes, or call support.
