Question "how should we restrict the samba user with respect to particular dir"


this is not with respect to any error
but i want to know how to restict a samba user with respect to a particular directory, as i do have different share folders which should be given access to different groups of user and each group should be restricted from using other groups shared directories
who is using the share in windows

See if you have the Samba docs in /usr/share/doc/samba...
Add -> valid users = ... for the directory in question.
