Unhappy How do I get lilo.conf back in Redhat?

I have 2 HD's that I'm using as part of a tri-boot system. hdb is a dual boot with XP and Redhat. (/ for Redhat 9 is hdb9) hdd1 had Mandrake 9.1 installed on it.

I installed Mandrake before Redhat and edited lilo.conf from Mandrake. For the last 3 months I've been using only Redhat and forgot that the lilo.conf file was on the Mandrake partition. I wanted to try Slackware 9.1, so I repartitioned/reformated hdd1 (Mandrake's parititon)

Does Redhat have a rescue option on CD 1 like Mandrake does where I can fix/add lilo.conf to Redhat's partition?
