Error Updating Redhat Files

I attempted update my system by using the "Software Updater" tool, but ran into the below error.

[('file /usr/sbin/sysreport conflicts between attempted installs of sysreport-1.4.3-13.el5 and sos-1.7-9.1.el5', (6, '/usr/sbin/sysreport', 0L)), ('file /usr/share/sysreport/functions conflicts between attempted installs of sysreport-1.4.3-13.el5 and sos-1.7-9.1.el5', (6, '/usr/share/sysreport/functions', 0L))]

How can I resolve this issue?

By the way I am running RedHat Enterprise 5.

not that familiar with those packages, but it seems sos actually includes sysreport. as such you should remove sysreport manually and update again.

run "rpm -e sysreport-1.4.3-13.el5" as root, or the equivalent via your favourite GUI.
