Error: Cannot retrieve repository metadata (repomd.xml) for repository: rpmfusion-fre

I am installing NanoTCAD ViDES (http://vides.nanotcad.com/vides/) on my Red Hat 64 bits. Within the basic requirements are:
  1. make (Done)
  2. fortran 77 compiler (Done)
  3. C compiler (Done)
  4. python (done)
  5. numpy (Problem)

Till now I have been able to install 4 out of five of the requirements. I have problem installing numpy (http://www.scipy.org/install.html). When I run the following command:

sudo yum install numpy scipy python-matplotlib ipython python-pandas sympy python-nose

I got this .....

There is ONLY one way to fix this
Buy the REQUIRED support contract !!!
-- no if's and's or butt's ---
RHEL is NOT free

buy the license
or
install the FREE rebuild CentOS 6.4 or ScientificLinux 6.4

I have not a licence; I thought redhat was free when I installed in the first place. I have a very important software running on this computer (It took me almost a month and half to get it running) so I cannot affort to format this computer. Look I found a solution in the following link:

http://fedoraforum.org/forum/showthread.php?t=223472

but I dont know how to map the changes suggested on this thread to my case.

Thanks for your early reply John VV.

well you can migrate to CentOS 6.4
but you have to have a up to date install on RHEL
you do have a 3o day "free trial" once you register the install

register your install with redhat
update it then see the migration to CentOS
http://wiki.centos.org/HowTos/Migrat...=%28migrate%29

basically if you do not buy the required support contract you do not install software ,
-- you might but it turns into a "horror movie" of horrible problems ,
problems SO BAD that reinstalling with CentOS ( or migrating )is a very simple fix .

"yum clean all "
will not solve the basic unsolvable issue
RHEL updates ARE missing and will NEVER get installed
the software in the third party repos NEEDS THOSE UPDATES TO BE INSTALLED !!!!

move to CentOS
or buy the software contract

for a single DESKTOP install
https://www.redhat.com/apps/store/desktop/
for a SERVER install
https://www.redhat.com/apps/store/server/
