Enterprise is (i think) supposed to be more stable and they will offer support for it but you pay for it.
Personally i dont understand how you can make it "more stable". I guess by taking out most of the fluff and bloat that comes with non "Enterprise" redhat releases.
I personally think it's all just a part of marketing. Those guys love to word things to get you to feel better about buying stuff. I have seen red hat 6.2 servers run for almost a full year without needing a reboot (the one im thinking of in particular came down with a bad case of ssl slapper).
So this "more stable" stuff and "enterprise" stuff seems to be geared to convincing companies that Red Hat Linux is for them.
You may get a better answer from someone who isnt bitter about the current situation with red hat.
