CentOS and Scientific Linux
I am attending RHCE(Red Hat Certified Engineering) course. In our course centres we use RHEL(Red Hat Enterprise Linux). But to practice it in home I canīt afford to buy RHEL, my teacher advised me to go for CentOS as it is a perfect rebuild of RHEL. I was using CentOS for a few months. But, RHEL 6 has been released and CentOS 6 is yet to come out. Does anybody have a idea for when it will come out? And because Scientific Linux 6 which is another rebuild of RHEL was released, I downloaded it and I am using it now. Should I again go to CentOS when CentOS 6 releases? Is there any differences between CentOS and Scientific Linux. People say CentOS is the purest rebuild of RHEL. What about Scientific Linux? Can I do everything in Scientific Linux 6 which I would be able to do in RHEL 6 and Future CentOS 6?
