CentOS 5.1 user sabayon

Hello,

I recently installed centos 5.1 and was puzzled by this

# tail -3 /root/install.log.syslog
<86>Apr 1 16:07:41 groupadd[2291]: new group: name=sabayon, GID=86
<86>Apr 1 16:07:43 useradd[2295]: new user: name=sabayon, UID=86, GID=86, home=/home/sabayon, shell=/sbin/nologin

Ofcourse it poses on real threat, but what is this user used for ?
I can't find any relation to SabayonLinux, a gentoo based distro.
I can find a lot of cooking recipes for sabayon.

It is not related to the Sabayon Linux OS, but to the GNOME project: http://www.gnome.org/projects/sabayon/
