Hi! This is the new member intro forum. You might get more answers if you post in the Red Hat forum of this site (I'll ask the moderators to move this thread).
That said, there are a few things you should do when trying to download and install a Linux distro, and a few things you should tell us when asking for help.
First, where did you get the ISO image you're trying to place onto the pendrive? Give us the exact URL of where you go to download the image. If it's behind a Red Hat paywall, that's OK; some of us have RHN accounts.
Second, verify your download. Pretty much any legitimate Linux download will also provide you with a checksum of the image. Make sure the end result of what you downloaded matches the checksum provided by the distribution. On Linux, the command is md5sum or shasum (depending on the checksum).
Thirdly, tell us how you are copying the ISO image onto your pendrive. Are you using unetbootin? USB Creator? dd? what application are you doing this with?
And finally, remember that if you have access to a RHEL install, you most likely have access to Red Hat support. Search their knowledge base or contact your sales rep and ask for assistance. It's what the support fee is for.
Get back with answers, and hopefully we'll be able to help!
