wow, since a 'Puppy Publicity Officer' feels comfortable promoting pup here

and these forums are "for the discussion of Puppy Linux"

i feel it is very relevant and fair that this poster (Puppy Publicity Officer} can be taken to task, in terms of credibility,

for stuff that has occurred that like alota other things, to my knowledge has never been explained,

it seems that it isn't a big deal in the puppy world scheme of things and for all i know it wasn't a big deal, but, it might be of interest to folks having a look at pup who have no prior history,

[MODERATED]

you could of course respond here or in your forums,

as well as not respond at all,

i would also like to know how it is that you became as your words indicate "Puppy Publicity Officer"?

anyone can come in here and write whatever they want, where can i see that you are in that position in some official capacity and who endorses it?

i would also expect a "Puppy Publicity Officer" who posts publicly, to respond to any concerns or questions anyone may have about puppylinux

[MODERATED]

if someone was speaking on my behalf as a member, i would certainly have fundamental expectations, at the very least and very serious allegations have been made over the years against puppylinux by many

Feel free to discuss any purely technical matters concerning installing, configuring and using Puppy. But as per my friendly reminder and Jeremy's clear warning you nor any other member is allowed to discuss anything pertaining any other Puppy sites here at LQ anymore. And that includes taunting, hinting at, provocative remarks or anything else I judge as a violation. As this is your second warning please consider the fact any failure to respect this decision will result in loss of privilege.

Thank you unSpawn for being on top of things here. It was disheartening to see the posts that were being made bashing other members and other forums.
I appreciate the extra effort in cleaning this up.
Puppy is on this forum as a courtesy and it's section should be used for its original intent.
I would not want to see a few bad apples ruin the whole barrel for Puppy and its section on LQ.
