plain text attachments either demand external app to open instead of same or new tab, or do nothing
plain text attachment links either demand external app to open instead of same or new tab, or do nothing
Is this on purpose? I can't remember if ever there was a time when a plain text attachment would open in the same browser window or new tab, as the forum post providing the link to click. If the forum post is open in Chromium, the link click is totally ignored, no error message, no new tab, no new window. e.g. the 4 links in this post.
