Xlib + openGL

Hi!

When I run my program, I get this error:

X Error of failed request: BadMatch (invalid parameter attributes)
Major opcode of failed request: 143 (GLX)
Minor opcode of failed request: 5 (X_GLXMakeCurrent)
Serial number of failed request: 18
Current serial number in output stream: 18

I cannot find out which parameter that is wrong....the window is created, and the display to, and the glXCreateContext returns a non NULL pointer.

If the openGL code is removed, the window show up on screen.

I cannot understand this dump from the X server...any ideas?

Hello.
Do other OpenGL programs, (e.g glxgears) work correctly? Are you using an NVIDIA or ATI card?
It's hard to diagnose the problem without seeing some code.
When creating the GLXContext with glXCreateContext() are you using a pointer to an XVisualInfo structure that
was returned by glXChooseVisual()? I'm in the process of writing my own Xlib - glX wrapper at the moment because I
want to gain a better understanding of Xlib, rather than just using GLUT or SDL. Post your code and I may be of more
assistance.
