Who would be intrested in creating a good 3d linux game

Who would be intrested in creating a good 3d linux game. I'm thinking along the lines of crash bandicoot, that kinda thing. I couldnt find anything similar in the repos.
To do this i will need:

programmers,
musicians,
graphic designers,
story creators.
etc.

The ioquake3 engine is a pretty nice for building games up on.
