Question UT2004 exits erratically while gaming!!

I have a system with a nVidia 8800GTX with 4GB of memory and 2.4GHZ QX6600 processor - all running on Fedora 7. When I am playing UT2004 the game will shutdown and seemingly exit, and my computer will be at the desktop as if nothing happened. I can go back in and play for an hour before it happens again. Sometimes I can play for 2 or 3 hours before an incident occurs. Any ideas anyone!!! I "think" it may have something to do with a key combo or a particular key that I am hittingthats closing the UT2004 app while I am dodge jumping and what have you. Thanks for your help in advance.

Hi.

Make sure you've got the latest UT update installed - I was getting some weirdness like that until I updated.

Ut Prob.

Sorry I posted in the wrong section guys, I like programming as well and made the mistake somehow. Anyway, I use Gnome - is that what your looking for?? I have been using Fedora/Redhat for about 3 yrs now and may not be up on the lingo. As far as the UT upgrade PLEASE tell me how to do that. I have the latest patch but I cant find the info how to apply it. Do I simply move the file to their appropriate directories or is there a script for that?? Thanks guys (or gals) for taking the time to help me on this problem, I greatly appreciate it!

I think some gnome sticky keys might be the cause. Logs are in /var/log. Probably you need to check syslog.
