TCP SYN attack -Linking errors

Hi I am doing a project on TCP -SYN -ATTACK ,i am facing some problems while compiling the file (that to while creating .OBJ file).
Here i am putting two files one is the source code and the other with errors which i am facing.
twoimpl.cc --> source file
errortwoimpl.txt -->errors "you can get these two files from the following link:"
hXXp://esnips.com/web/adityabhat6-linux (use tt for XX)
Please go through this and give me a solution inorder to rectify these errors and to create .OBJ file.

Thanking you,

Regards
Aditya
