Exclamation Sudoers file!!! Panic!

This is totally messed up...
I did a copy of a new sudoers file on top of an old one BUT..... the old one was the good one.

How can I ... 'go back'?
or, is there any tmp sudoers file somewhere?

as clint eastwood says:
"looks like you're sh*t out of luck punk"

maybe look around see if there is vim .swp file, if you are lucky.

tar up /etc occasionally.
and next time when you edit an important file gzip the original first!

we've all done it...
