snmp mib

Hello!

I have a problem with understanding how does mib work exactly.. and I'd appreciate your help a lot! Suppose I have the following object:

email OBJECT-TYPE
SYNTAX DisplayString (SIZE (0..255))
MAX-ACCESS read-only
STATUS current
DESCRIPTION
"e-mails of the administrators"
::= { system 2 }

(where..) system OBJECT IDENTIFIER ::= { mib-2 51 }

My question is : where do I write the values of the administrator emails , so that they would be returned when requested?

P.S.:
I noticed that in mib, only the type of objects is described, and not their value. For example: (from rfc1907.mib)
sysORDescr OBJECT-TYPE
SYNTAX DisplayString
MAX-ACCESS read-only
STATUS current
DESCRIPTION
"A textual description of the capabilities identified by the
corresponding instance of sysORID."
::= { sysOREntry 3 }

WHERE IS THE STRING THAT DESCRIBES THE SYSTEM?
Thank you in advance!
