Setup Server

I don't know if this goes in programming or software but here is it.

I want to setup a server that i can build computers off of. This is what i was thinking

Start the computer up with a boot disk
Have it connect to the server
select what i want to install. IE: XP Pro, Office, some custom apps, IEAK Explorer etc...

Any ideas?

If it was for building Linux PCs it would be easy, but installing windows via a script is probably impossible. Even if you could do it, you would have to somehow get around the fact that the windows installer is definately NOT cutomisable and you would have to use a microsoft script system (probably batch files).

If anyone thinks otherwise please let me know- I would be interested to see how you do it
