setfacl porting to new vanilla kernel

Hi,

I get a message operation not supported when I use setfacl on Ubuntu. What shall I do for having ACL support on my system.

Also, How do I add the setfacl facility so that ACL's are capability is added to the new vanilla kernel which I download.

Thanks...

If it's not loaded or compiled in you need a kernel with acl loaded or compiled in.
