Reference or Help tool for C/C++ programming?

Hi,

I am new in Linux and i used to program in Borland C++ 3.1 . which provides integrated help in the IDE. so i just had to press Ctrl+F1 on the keyword/function to see its help and santex and a good quick example to start working. but here in linux i am using Anjuta IDE for developing programs. but i am getting problem in finding help of some funtions. Man pages are not enough because they dont provide that much help like there is no example or help about iostream/fstream.

PLease tell me is there any good referece /help tool for C/C++ programming.

Regards,

Touseef Liaqat
