QoS API in Linux

Hello,

I develop ip telephony under linux, and want my packets to have high priority. To do so, I plan to use QoS, but don`t know how to do so. Is there a standart API for QoS in linux or something like it?

Best Regards,
Denis.

Thanx a lot for links. I have found qos.h header in my linux distribution (Fedora Core 3). Does anybody has example, which illustrates how to use it for QoS implemetation?

Best Regards,
Denis.
