Problem with gtk_main and multi threading

Dear All,

I am making a system tray application, In this I have created a child thread which will look after the GUI of application logic and the parent child will keep track on the system tray.

Hence I have to call gtk_main in both parent thread and child thread.

If I call gtk_main in child thread then the control from parent gets lost.I have to call gtk_main_quit() to regain control on parent thread.

Plz help me how sould i handle these.

Thanks in advance

Arun Tayal
