perl is really powerful and there are a lot of different applications written in perl (database, web-mail-ftp server, cgi, download manager, text processing, log analyzer ... and even gui exists). So I suggest you to select the way you like and implement some apps. there are two main sites to start with: the documentation: http://perldoc.perl.org and the cpan site: http://search.cpan.org/, but of course you can google any kind of samples, tutorials and books

If you need sample resumes and perl documentation, try Google. And we are NOT going to email you things...this isn't the place to come for personalized, one-on-one email tech support. It's a community forum, so either you need to participate or seek assistance from another source. We can help you with specific questions, but we aren't going to perform Google searches for you, and email you what you want...sorry.

If you want to know what should be on your resume, it should be WHAT YOU KNOW, not what you think SHOULD be there. Embellishing your resume may get you an interview, and talking a good game may get you a job, but it will NOT mean you have the skills and knowledge to do (or KEEP) the job. Be honest about your skills and abilities.
