open php file in eclipse?

i've installed eclipse and PDT everytime i try to "run" a php file i get "firefox can't establish connection to the server at localhost"
if i go to http://localhost i get the message "IT WORKS"
what should i do??

Q: Have you installed and configured a PHP plug-in for Eclipse? It *won't* necessarily be there by default.
