multiple paths in php configuration

I'm trying to set a couple paths for safe_mode_exec_dir so that things like phpsysinfo will work even with php safe mode.

I've tried many things, but the one I thought should work would be:
safe_mode_exec_dir = "/usr/bin;/bin"
It seems that it would only use the second path listed when using the line above. Then again, I only saw this in the context of windows servers. Any suggestions?

Among other things tried (after being suggested in #php on freenode) were using , and : as separators, both with and without the double quotes on the string.

I'm guessing you are not on a MS system or you wouldn't have use /. So the separator between "things" on other systems is usually the colon. Try substituting a : for the ;

Jim.

Oops, I see you've already tried that, never mind.
