mp3 stream?

anyone know how i would go about ripping an mp3 stream for a certain amount of time on a regular basis?

i.e. there is a internet radio show at X pm and every tuesday i want to record that stream for 2 hours. setting the program to do the time thing isnt' a problem, i am just curious to know how i would go about recording the stream for 2 hours.

any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

thanks
