Hi all,
I learned that when Linux ran out of system memory, it will start to terminate its processes to gain back some more resources. I hope to have some more information about this, but I am not sure where I may find related and reliable resources at this movement. Could anyone suggest..?
Especially, I would hope to know: Will the purged process exit with a specific error code? Will any error messages been outputted to indicate some processes were just terminated due to lack of system memory.
Thanks in advance!
