Licensing closed source Application?

Hey I am currently working on an Application for a Layer firm. who wants the Application to be closed source.
What licences would be best to use in this case.
Cause my to favorit licenses are out of the question (BSD and Beerware)

What license is 'best', would be up to your company to determine...specifically, their legal team. All you've told us is there is an 'application for a layer firm'. You haven't told us what kind of application, what it runs on, how many users, sale price, your goals, how you're distributing it, etc., etc.,....anything that would help us make an informed decision.

Best advice is to have your company contact a lawyer who does such things, and have them write it up. That's what their good for.

Well anyways:
It is an application which will organise and store the files.
It is an in house application.
And I am currently attach as a freelance programmer and the layer firm. will have the copyright and distribution right - But thanks for the advice about contacting a layer with some knowledge about this things had thought about I usually make Open source applications
