Is there any software like that?


hi everyone
I want a glibc manual software , and I know a software named "Devhelp" which is a GNOME2 develop manual software. Is there something like that but concerning Gnu C lib manual software?

but is there any software which includes Gnu C lib manual, just like "Devhelp" software , can INSTALL on my computer?

There is the "info" help system. Normally terminal/emacs based interface, but there are also web/GUI based readers for the GNU-info documentation system.

On Debian the package "glibc-doc" provides info pages for libc. Since you use Ubuntu, which is based on Debian, I suppose the package is called the same.

If you use KDE, open the browser and type the address "info:libc". That is what I use all the time.
