Is it possible to update the compiler of Borland's C++ 5.02?

As per subject...

I'm trying to get back into programming with C++ and have been trying out a couple of different IDE's, namely codeblocks and the KDE (kdeveloper?) offering, however, I do miss the command and syntax help that is available with Borlands C++

Thing is, I'm finding out that there has been so many changes since that version, that hardly any example code I find will compile.

Thanks in advance...

for windows you can easily update, there is a free download.
for linux see this:

From the other side I think you can have command and syntax help for other IDEs also, just they will differ...

I guess I'm trying to see if it possible to integrate the FREE Borland download 5.5 into the 5.02 IDE, allowing me to retain the IDE I am used to but with access to the newer features of the language.

For the timebeing, I've added some .hlp files to codeblocks which seems to work quite well for what I need just now.
